Inventory Management

The inventory Management module is a full function perpetual inventory system with wireless bar code functionality. It provides full cost distribution to the general ledger for inventory departments and non-inventory cost centers within a property or among multiple properties. the inventory module is fully integrated with the purchasing module, providing automatic updates upon receipt and/or upon invoicing. The module also assists chefs and other end users with replenishment of storerooms or non-inventory kitchens.

Perpetual Inventory

Inventory on hand stock is continuously updated. Users may look up on-hand or on-order quantities through inquiry screens.  

Item Distribution

Inventory and cost center requisitions are printed in stock location sequence in the issuing stockrooms for use as picking list to be delivered to outlets or departments.  

Stock Replenishment

Automatic stock order purchase requisitions are generated for selected items that have reached re-order point. 

Physical Inventory

Physical inventory may be performed using wireless hand held bar code readers. Physical inventory may be taken any number of times within a defined inventory period.
