The Food Cost Analysis module consists of the analytical tools to provide food and beverage management with the decision support to improve profitability. It includes sophisticated and easy to use recipe and menu generation and maintenance systems that are interfaced to the point of sale system for daily food cost reporting. Recipe costs are updated daily based upon receipt of the ingredient items.

Recipes

Recipe items are created using inventory stock, direct purchase, and other recipe items as ingredients.

Recipe Cost

Recipe costs are updated daily from current inventory item or last purchase price.

Menu

Menu item creation and maintenance provided for sales and cost analysis. System maintains daily, month to date and year to date menu item sales summaries.

Daily Food Cost

Menu item daily sales may be updated with an interface to point of sale device or manually entered.
